Return Policy

Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return any unopened items you purchased directly from, for a full refund of the purchase price of the items. We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

For warranty exchange due to manufactures defective goods: Bluhm Enterprises will examine on a case by case basis for warranty claims due to manufactures defective goods. All items featured at, have a 30 manufactures warranty for quality products. Should any item fail due to a manufactures defect with-in the warranty period, you must first obtain a RMA and then ship the defective merchandise to Bluhm Enterprises for inspection. After inspection, a exact replacement part will be shipped at no cost if the examination shows the defect was due to manufactures defect.

Note: For all electrical goods warranty returns, the item must not show signs of handling or installation error.

A representative will issue a RMA number for the return merchandise. The merchandise must be shipped back with the RMA included in the package along with the reason the merchandise is being returned.
